1. The bug / behavior you have encountered

Using Dione TV on analog footage transferred to DVD, converted to ProRes HD (HQ), my 27" LFG blinks between low and middle grey while processing previews and exports. Happens under IRIS model with custom slider settings as well.

Mac Studio M1 Ultra, 64 GB RAM, no other app running
Mac OS 13 Ventura

3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support)
4. Any screenshots as necessary
   It’s a time-based behavior, blinking medium rate, annoying.

Just to be clear, the monitor itself is not blinking. The menubar remains unblinking. The interface is the blinking area, and seems closely related to signal processing in the app. Is there anything in the processing chain that is crossing into the display signal?

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Hi, Tony-

I can give you the answer right now-- it’s LIVE PREVIEW. When I switch it off, the blinking goes away.

Whoops, now it’s back, but slower, dark grey, light grey, repeat.

That appears to be PART of the bug.

Even after an update to 3.3.8 the interface continues to flash. I enclose the Logging file requested.
