Mixed framerate, resolution etc. Will Topaz Video AI help?

What project settings to choose and how to prepare the files in advance?

I have an old film from a holiday, part shot with a Sony 1920x1080x50i and part shot with a Kodak Zx1 1280x720x59.94

There is dialogue in both films. I know it won’t be perfect but what common settings should I choose?

I have Topaz Video AI and I would like to use it to improve the quality a bit (e.g. upscale to Full HD) when preparing files, etc.
The biggest problem I have is what frame rate to choose, the best thing for me is to deinterlace the Sony and do the whole project at 50 fps.

Here are the technical details

To me it seems your source is in a good shape / quality (based on your MediaInfo output), so I would suggest using Gaia HQ for the Kodak and Dione:DV for your Sony.
After Video AI processing, Your Sony videos would be at 50fps and your Kodak videos would remain at 60fps.
