I inadvertently deleted all the .msi files on my computer. Now when I go to update my topaz products I get an error that the .msi files can not be found and the update stops. I can not find any way to contact support (which is VERY frustrating given the cost of the product), no phone number, no chat box, nothing, to resolve this issue other than posting something on your facebook account to which I have not received a reply. So now I am trying this. Can someone please contact me so I can use the product properly - especially since you are asking me to upgrade again. Thank you!
If you go to the bottom of the front page of the main website, there is a link to the support page. On that page is a popup window where you can message support directly (make sure your browser isn’t blocking page elements).
are you just trying to get the .msi files? If so, click the “Topaz Photo AI” next to the purple box at the top of this page, and then “Releases.” (sorry if it’s a bigger install/uninstall issue)
David, thank you so much. That solved the problem with Photo AI. I also have the same issue with Video AI as I deleted all my .msi files (trying to get space back on my laptop and not really knowing what I was doing). The program is looking for TopazVideoAI 5.2.1.msi. If I can get a link to that file I will be able to update my Video program. Once again - thanks for the help! I was getting frustrated! Thanks!!
Go back to the same place (click next to the purple box). On that page (the TPAI page where you clicked “Releases,” instead click the “purple box Topaz Photo AI downarrow” and pick Video AI.
David, thank you again. I have everything working now!
