Who can help me ? I have demo version 1.3.9 of Mask AI. Creating a complex mask is quite simple, but when I want to save the resulting file, no transparency appears on the 16-bit .tif file opened in Photoshop. I tried an Alpha file it is not exploitable either!
What application are you actually talking about, Mask AI is a legacy application that is no longer sold or supported.
If you are talking about Photo AI it will not save your Sharpening mask back to an external editor.
