I’m using Mask AI v1.0.5 as a standalone product. My initial tif file is 8256x5504 at 240 dpi. After creating a composite mask with a solid color background, the “save as” file size is only 4000x2667 at 240 dpi.
Why the reduction in file resolution?
Please raise a support request at the main website.
Its as if the DPI changed inside Mask, which will reduce the dimensions? Mebbe Mask AI is having difficulty reading the DPI data.
I’m not sure as DPI is treated as a print option and mask shouldn’t even be interested as it has has no bearing on the app. Besides 240 doesn’t even divide into 4000.
Can you explain why you need two ID’s on the forum. Let me know which one I shall delete.
Also when you create your id make sure you change your name if your email shows as it is a public forum and everyone can see it.
