Mask AI artifacts

The mask, in Mask AI, looks fine. The processed image in Photoshop speaks for itself. I have gotten this problem with various images that have complex hair. I filed a support request and they more or less acknowledged that, “Yeah, there’s a problem. We’ll let you know when it’s fixed.”

I can’t believe there are no other people experiencing this problem. On an iMac with plenty of memory and processing power. OSX Mojave.

I’d like to include images, but it won’t let me. Could someone explain how it might be done?

Been there, done that.

One thing I’ve noticed: the artifacts aren’t random. They appear exactly the same each time I test it.

I uploaded the latest version of Mask AI but that didn’t help.

Is no one else reporting this problem? Am I the chosen one?
