Hi @fernando.teixeira, are you able to update to the latest version of Topaz Photo AI? Does version 1.3.8 also exhibit this behavior?

Sorry the edition is the last one, but the letters were small in my monitor and I read it wrong. The results are superb but only I got this single bug behaviour.If I find the same again I will try to document it better.

With this description I guess you will know what is happening.
Suppose you are taking a photo with a machine that has a perfect autofocus system.
Suddenly the perfect image turns quickly in one second or less from crisp to blurry and stays blurry.

An idea: to contact support you could have a small button that we could action to make a snap photo of the PC details you need with our permission.

It could be a button in the app that takes a screenshot of the bug if it’s shown in the application and includes system profile information about your computer. What do you think?

Yes, anything like clicking on a button opens an mail prefiled in text with our PC details and name of file ( as example I can not record which file went wrong); in text we can control and delete something.

My use of photo AI is usually by big batches and as I remember it failed only in 2 photos.
