I have a strange issue with my newly purchased Video AI. When I export a video clip (even 30 sec) it makes the clip e.g 400 hours long. Not that it increases the file size but each frame takes like 20 min to play?! In dialogue with support that seems to have a hard time finding out whats wrong. Tried uninstalling - same issue occurs after complete new re-install. Preview windows does the same.
