Trying to take a VHS transfer that is currently

Pixel aspect ratio : 0.889
Display aspect ratio : 1.333
Display aspect ratio : 4:3
and upscale it 200%.
VEAI comes back with a size of 1346x960. So it’s taking 74020.91. Guess taking a PAR of 0.91 as that’s what it shows it’s interpretation of the video on the bottom of the screen. Wouldn’t the “correct” end game be that the video has a width of 1440 and maintain the PAR? Right now it’s changing it to square pixels. Source video also has a DAR of 4:3. Running a conversion right now so not 100% sure but think the result is 3:2 instead?
