Desappointed with the latest rev., the pics are worse after refining; De Noise and sharpening are both bad.

@serge.dery Can you upload an original image so I can run some tests on my end and see if I can recommend workflow adjustments?

When I wrote the memo (a first for me), I set aside the picture. I cannot locate the picture anymore (most probably a TIFF file from Canon R7, converted in tiff because elements 2021 does not open CRaw from R7) From that day I am removing noise and sharpen with Photoshop Elements 2021.
I will probably re-try topaz later this week and if problem will keep the picture.
