MacPro 2019 overheating while computing video

Dear Topaz,

First of all I would like to congratulate for your outstanding AI products.

But I have a problem while computing AI pictures on my MacPro 2019.

I have a little software that indicates me all temperatures (CPU, GPU and so on). And everytime I make video computations on Video AI, the GPU reaches 100 degrees or more.

I first had a basic RX580 graphic card. I then upgraded to two W5700X, hoping that the problem would be solved.

And I still have the same problem. Only one GPU is used and the temperature is still above 100 degrees.

I have a PC where I put my 2nd licence and everything is fine.

I think that this overheating problem is recurrent on the MacPro 2019.

Could you send us a note at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
