Apple could not verify that an image after processing with AI Gigapixel is free of malware or compromise your privacy.

The original image file opens in Adobe Photoshop OK but after processing with AI Gigapixel the warning message appears and I can’t open the image unless I manually bypass settings.

Hello!

This sounds like a common alert that appears in macOS.

Follow these steps:

  • When the alert appears, ignore and cancel it
  • Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and scroll down to the Security section
  • Ensure that “App Store and identified developers” is enabled
  • Under Security, look for Topaz Gigapixel AI was blocked, and click Open Anyway or Trust
  • Launch Gigapixel, and it should now work
