Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1. Open Topaz Photo AI
  2. Step 2 Browse images. It will browse but not open up photos on my MacBook Pro w/ Ventura 13.3.1 (a)
  3. Step 3. If I go to Finder & choose from drop down menu to Open with: Topaz Photo AI it will bring photo into the the program but locks up and wil do nothing not even shut down.

Hi @bryan.ellsworth, can you please try the steps below and let me know if this behavior persists?

  1. Delete any/all versions of Topaz Photo AI from your Applications folder.
  2. Delete the plist files for Topaz Photo AI using instructions here and reboot your computer afterwards.
  3. Download the full installer from the Topaz Labs downloads page and follow the installer once more.

If this does not change this behavior, let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.
