Just compared the same video file upscale 4k 50p to 8k 50p M2 Max against M2 Ultra 76 GPU both are performing exactly with 1,5fps WTH???
When using higher resolution upscales the memory and disk bandwidth/speed is the biggest factor 
RAM 128GB disk speed 7.5 GBs what more do you wan’t???
