Mac Pro 5.1 support (Gigapixel 8)

I use a Mac Pro 5.1, 96 GB Ram with a AMD Radeon Pro VII GPU (16GB) and MacOS 12.7.6 (thanks to OCLP) and Gigapixel 8.1.0.
I am aware that the Mac Pro (2x Intel X5675 CPU) does not meet the AVX requirement. But from Apple side the AVX is only needed for the GPU drivers for MacOS 13+ and Gigapixel is working fine for me on that Mac with the basic models.

However the generative models do not work. Preview seems to be stuck after the processing is done: then the progress bar stalls, the blurred part of the preview area remains blurred and the CPU and GPU usage is next to zero.
Perhaps it becomes clearer if I describe the progress in case of “preview entire image”. I get a time estimate of 5 minutes, during about these 5 minutes I see serious CPU and GPU load. Then the estimates updates to 30s, the CPU and GPU load drops to next zero … and nothing progresses any more.

It would be nice if you could fix the generative models for that old Mac … being seriously faster with the basic models than my Macbook Pro that meets the Gigapixel system requirements.

Meanwhile the system requirements seem to have changed, or I overlooked something first
There is stated that the generative models need MacOS 13. And with MacOS 13 the generative models work fine on the above Mac.
Also the redefine model works fine! although the system requirements state it does only work on apple silicone and not on Intel Macs.

Performance wise there are some observations for the generative models on that Mac:

For recover I get, for most of the rendering time, slightly less than 100% CPU load and 40% GPU. It thus looks that the CPU load runs only on one core and is the limiting factor. The other 23 cores bore themself during that time - it would be nice if a multi threading implementation would be possible.

For redefine I get, for most of the final rendering time only slight CPU load and about 55% GPU load. However when the preview is rendered there is 85-95% GPU load, so it looks like the GPU can be fully loaded but it is not done while the most time consuming job.

With gigapixel 8.2.0 on the above MacPro 5.1:

OS12 - the preview on the generative models now produce an error message instead of stalling. OK thats a progress.

OS13 the preview of the generative models crashes gigapixel. The release announcement promised a warning when using OS13 this did not happen.

OS14 works fine with the generative models.
For recover I get, for most of the rendering time, now about 95% CPU load and 60% GPU.
For redefine I get, for most of the final rendering time only slight CPU load and about 70% GPU load.
So a progress here, although the GPU usage for redefine preview dropped to 70%.
