Hello, I am unable to use my eGpu with Denoise (Mac mini 10.15.4). When I open the Topaz application , either as an add-on in LR or as stand-alone, Large red Lorem Ipsum appears in the window where the image should be.
In the application window, I checked the box Prefer External GPU. In Denoise - the preferences drop-down- I also tried switching between dedicated eGpu and Cpu.
Any ideas?
