[MAC] 1.3.9 Unable to click buttons in Topaz Photo AI

I updated to 1.3.9 and the program stopped working. It opens but not no photo shows up. If a photo shows up, all buttons don’t work. I uninstalled the program and re-downloaded and still no go. I have the exact same issue as below:

I just upgraded today to 1.3.9 on MacBook Pro M1 model, 2021, OS X 13.4
Two major issues cripple the program:
Drag / drop functionality does not work - I get no error, the image does not load. Either TIF, JPG, PNG or PEF file.
Trying to directly open a file from the application itself results in either the file not opening, or the actual Photo AI application “shaking” and being locked up. Interestingly, closing the app works.
In essence, Photo AI is totally broken.
I have rebooted the Mac a few times. I will resort to running Sharpen & De Noise until you fix this.
Seriously, not sarcastically, this is a total failure of the application. It looks like there is a need for an ability to roll-back if updates don’t work if this is going to be a trend.

@christm Thanks for reaching out.

Please send me the log files so I can see what’s going on in the application. To do that, open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Help > Open Log Folder menu option and upload them to a reply here.

I followed some online ideas to delete the 2 plist file and restart. It worked so I am good now.
