LR Classic 14.0.1 and PhotoAI 3.3.0 exhibit the same issue. The topaz log file appears to show several failures.

Can you confirm with me which Lightroom Classic plugin path you are using:

File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI

Photo > Edit in > Topaz Photo AI
It will help to know what exactly happens when you use the File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI, if an error appears, I suspect it would be an error 3221225477. no and its working now took several reinstalls of both lrc and ai to get there
