i have just downloaded the Topaz photo app on my computer and it will not log in. just sits there after you type in the password.
it works fine on the web version.
can you please let me know how to fix this?

Thank you, that was a big help - I am having the same issue so I have sent an email to the address you have shared.
It also does the same thing to me after I did the installation again because the update gave a lot of problems. The support answered me giving me various advice or if I have antivirus, if I have VPN … and to delete the browser cache which I did but nothing has changed. I rewrote and I’m waiting for the answer
Yes, i cant login too.
It stays forever at the login window and nothing does happen.
Please send logs from a failed login attempt so we can reproduce and fix this issue.
After attempting to login, go to the Help > Open log folder menu option and take the 2 most recent logs to support@topazlabs.com

You can also revert back to v1.2.1 until the issue is fixed:

since we can’t sign in after the reinstall we cannot update the app so any fix would need to be built into the install file right? The article link says the problem is resolved, but if you can’t sign in after reinstalling then it doesn’t seem like this is resolved.

If any issues remain, send screenshots of the login process you do to support@topazlabs.com and the Accounts team can have a look at your account and troubleshoot.
