Update screen pops up
Asks for Login or Renew
Login goes to website - seuccessful
Returns to screen, Login button not cleared
Double check that you do not have any browser extensions, VPN or anti-virus blocking the server connection for the authentication and then clear cookies and cache and try it again. If the update still does not work, then uninstall the app and then download and install a fresh copy from the site.
