Login every time I open the software now?

Please raise a support request at the main website.

  1. Where do I file a support request at the main site?
  2. When I try to open Sharpen AI (and maybe other programs)
    I have to log in (and I don’t understand why I have to log in to
    a program that I have installed on my desktop). That’s bad enough,
    but the login dialog will not accept a paste from the system clipboard.

So if I go to the effort to retrieve my password from my browser
(and, yes, I am logged in to my account using Chrome, but Topaz
is too stupid to figure this out), I can’t paste it in to the login dialog.

This is programming 101 that you are failing here.

Come on guys, you are wasting my time and money here - stop bothering
me with having to do this on a program which I have paid for and installed
on my desktop.

There are many reasons such as browser popups, not having full access to the disk, etc. etc. Nothing to do with stupidity.

To raise a support request there is a blue callout on the bottom right of every page, popups must be allowed, choose that then choose Ask and you will get this panel:
