I’ve processed several images with Gigapixel AI version 4.4.5 and when I try to import them into Lightroom I get a message that says these files are either damaged or unsupported. Screenshot attached. Has anyone else seen this?
I am having the same problem - according to Lightroom the Gigapixel Tif file is unsupported or damaged. However I have been able to open the large file in preview. The file is very large 2.38 GB. This happens with version 6.2.2 of Gigapixel.
