After processing LR Classic raw image (CR3) in TAI, exporting the new LR TIF file to WIN11 desktop generates “error parsing file” mssg for about half of my images.
Using LRC (13.1), image goes through normal processing in TAI (2.3.0) and is saved back to LRC as a TIF. Currently, the save operation works but leaves an exclamation point icon on the LR image frame with pop up explanation “LR has encountered problems reading this photo”. Not surprisingly, trying to export the image produces the “error parsing file” mssg from LRC.
Note: The previous version of TAI was also generating errors immediately after saving with LR suggesting less subtlely that the TIF files were corrupt or unsupported.

log file: too large to include in this mssg. also available upon request.
I see there’s no response to this issue. Let me restate in simpler terms: Topaz AI is delivering corrupt TIF files back to Lightroom classic which then are unusable for further editing or export.
This has occurred for the last two updates of TAI.
The problem is somewhat intermittent; I recently transferred single B&W images that processed and returned uncorrupted.
Does tech support scan this forum or should I submit elsewhere?
cheers, wbd
I posted on this issue not long ago and have not received a response. It only happens using the LR Classic plug-in for Photo AI, and on images that were made B&W in LR before editing as tif files in Photo AI.
I hope someone will address this issue, as I have had to go back to DeNoise and Sharpen for B&W images.
