Topaz AI ver 3.2.1 linked to Lightroom classic on Win 11 platform. When attempting to edit in AI it immediately returns an xxx-edit,tif file to Lightroom. Never get a chance to review in AI. When I open AI directly, I can drag and drop a photo and edit.

Just forwarded the dxdiag file via drop box. The only thing different on this box from the last time I was able to edit in Topaz AI was I installed a new Logetech camera this date and the associated software. I have removed the software, tested Lightroom to Topaz it still failed. I have subsequently reinstalled the Logetech software.
Same issue here (since I last update Topaz AI to 3.21)
Tried with plugin option and got : Exit Code 3221225477
in the community there was a same exit code with version v1.4.2. Tried UHD grafics, same exit code
Additional info on issue. Yesterday’s attempt to edit in Topaz AI from Lightroom Classic was the first attempt since latest Topaz update. Approximately 1 week ago while using LR with Topaz I noticed there was a Topaz update available. After processing my last photo in LR-Topaz I exited LR and opened Topaz AI as a standalone. I followed directions for the update. Upon completion I started Topaz AI as a standalone. I never went into LR with intent to exit to Topaz AI from LR, process a photo and return to LR until yesterday. Is there a way roll back Topaz AI to the previous version to confirm reliability?
I can confirm that this 3221225477 Error was introduced in v3.2.1 and seems to happen mostly with files from OneDrive or Dropbox . If possible, please use files locally on your computer instead of from OneDrive or Dropbox in your workflow.
I can assure you that our development team is actively working on a fix and investigating this problem. I’ve added your info to an active support ticket with the developers so that we can reach out to you directly on this thread when a fix is released.
In the meantime, I would recommend reverting to v3.2.0 until we can find a fix for this problem you have reported:

Several items: 1) there are two SSD drives in the box. One contains files, progs, user info, etc. and that is mirrored on OneDrive however it contains the LR catalog. The actual photo images that are processed with LR Classic and Topaz AI reside on a separate SSD drive and that is not on OneDrive. Not sure if that impacts or helps to resolve the issue; and
2) you provided the v3.2.0 download. Do I simply execute the puppy, or do I have to remove the problem v3.2.1 version prior to executing v3.2.0? Please advise.

I tried to install v3.2.0 without removing the new version, did not work for me. So I Removed v3.2.1 and installed v3.2.0 . (when asked by removing v3.2.1 , I left de configuration files untouched.)
It’s working for me now with v3.2.0
Please provide a status on problem. Was it resolved in 3.2.2?

This was not resolved in v3.2.2 and our development team are still actively investigating why this issue is occurring. I would recommend either staying on or reverting to v3.2.0 in the meantime.

Exporting a photo from lightroom classic to Photo AI doesn’t work.

Having the exact same issue. Also, can’t use the plugin. Lightroom generates a tif but Photo AI never opens it
In LR classic, R click (jpeg) to edit in TAI and creates new image, but Topaz program never opens. Did a complete uninstall/reinstall. Same problem.
Error message says TPAI either failed to start or did not finish successfully. Exit code 3221225477.
