Occasionally, when sending batches images from Adobe Lightroom Classic to PhotoAI, multiple instances of PhotoAI will be opened, each with a subset of the images that were selected in Lightroom. Typically, each instance will open 10 photos, sometimes more, sometimes less.
I currently have this happening with PhotoAI 1.2.9, but have seen it happen in previous versions as well. I am running Lightroom 12.2.1 on Windows 11.
I tried to reproduce this issue in v1.2.10 and could not. Are you still having this issue in the latest version of Topaz Photo AI?
If you are, please reproduce the issue and get multiple windows to open. Then open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Email me all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.
