Lightroom error

Using Topaz with Lightroom Classic (LRC). Once image processed with LRC plugin, on saving the image back in the LRC getting error in LRC saying “the file seems to be unsupported or damaged”.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. LRC Photo>Edit in>Topaz AI
2. After image processing in Topaz>Save to LRC
3. Once back in LRC getting error “the file seems to be unsupported or damaged”

Tried restarting LRC. Getting error in files imported to LRC a few days ago, and working fine with files imported about a week ago.

Hey there,

I have some more information on this issue. There is a known bug with greyscale/B&W where the output file is invalid. I made a task for my team to look into this and hopefully we can get a fix soon.

For now, a solution would be to convert the image to color, process it in Topaz Photo AI with color, then take the output file and convert it back to B&W.
