Lightroom Classic. PhotoAI doesn't correctly start when "Edit In PhotoAI" selected on a photo

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: Upgraded to Lightroom Classic 14 . Closed down LightRoom before step 2
  2. Step 2: did a fresh (entirely new) install of latest PhotoAI by logging into my Topaz Labs acct and downloading
  3. Step 3: Start Lightroom. Select a photo. Photo.Edit In.PhotoAI. Select with LR enhancements. It creates to TIFF file to open in PhotoAI
