After latest update, cannot open RAW files out of Lightroom directly into Photo 3 via plugin.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. In lightroom File > Plugin Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI
  2. Error comes up:
    “Confirm
    Failed to Process Photo
    Topaz AI either failed to start or did not finish successfully. Exit Code: 3221225477”
