Lightroom 14.01 cannot bring Photo AI 3.3.1

Steps to reproduce issue:
Start Lightroom
Open a photo and use Plug in to bring up Photo AI (does not matter which type or through which menu item)
It comes back with system error or sometimes no action - Event log on Photo AI app (which I can start independently) says Cannot be used without QApplication
