Lightning not possible in preset

When I supply lightning changes on a .jpg image, everything works fine.
When I TRY TO SAVE A PRESET WITH NR PLUS LIGHTNING ADDAPTIONS, the text appears that lightning could not be done on RAW images.

I have seen this same issue when sending an image from Lightroom Classic. If I attempt to apply a preset containing color or lighting adjustments, the message above results. I am able to apply these adjustments directly to the image. I am using Photo AI (3.3.1) from Lightroom Classic.
