License not recognized on older versions (Starlight Mini missing in latest)

I recently subscribed to Topaz Video AI. On the newest version my license is recognized correctly and I am logged in as a license owner.
However, in older versions (where the Starlight Mini model is still available) I am only logged in as a trial user, even though I have an active subscription. This prevents me from using Starlight Mini with my paid license.
Does anybody ge tthe same issues?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Daniel,

I see that you own Topaz Video, not Video AI which is why the Video AI application is running in trial mode.

With Topaz Video, the difference here comes down to license type:

  • Individual license → Starlight and Starlight Sharp are cloud-only.

  • Pro license → Starlight and Starlight Sharp can run both locally and in the cloud.

To unlock local use, you’d need the Pro license.
