License lost after update to new version

Since updating to 2.2.2 my program remains in demo mode, when i click to activate i get a JSON error

|error_description|No client id supplied|

I purchase it on 15th December 2023

Same here. Can’t get Photo AI to recognise my licence, stuck in demo mode. Have reported awaiting assistance.

same here, after my first time relaunching im getting same error message.

Simply remove the software via windows uninstall program and re-install from a fresh download, this fixed it for me
