I purchased a new PC recently, making sure that it would run all of my Topaz software packages (I have them all). Unfortunately Legacy Studio won’t load. I’ve tried a number of times, uninstalling and reinstalling, and running as administrator. When I open Studio, the home page appears for about a second then disappears. I miss a couple of functions that did nor migrate to Studio2. I worked with Topaz Support, to no avail. Any suggestions on how I might get Legacy Studio to load and run?
I have the same issue.
I just tried to load my original Studio software as well, as I have all the old adjustments, but it shows up and leaves just as quickly. This just started now and I don’t think I’ve changed anything on my computer. I’ve been running this software since it came out. Any help would be appreciated.
