Since the last update 7.0.2 a few days ago, nothing has worked.
The update didn’t even work on Mac Studio (2.Generation); the old version is still running…
The update completed on Windows 11, but since then, nothing has worked properly.
( i9 11900 OC 4,5 Ghz; 32 GB RAM-4533 MT/s, RTX5080 )
As soon as you open Topaz and drag in a clip, ffmpeg.exe starts and (for whatever reason) puts 100% strain on the GPU (RTX5080).
The files that Topaz renders, for example, can’t be played properly in VLC Player (extremely choppy), and after 30 or even 60 minutes, the entire program crashes, i.e., “it doesn’t work anymore.”
… I haven’t had time to deal with the issue yet - what should I do?
Reinstall?
