Last stable-ish version of Video A.I.?

I’m having real issues with all the 4.x versions of Video A.I. I remember there was a version 3.something that was usable. Which was the last version you used without trouble? I’m on a 2021 Macbook Pro Max.

That is for the Wintel platform. No idea of its bug-situation for MacOS though.

3.5.4 runs without major issues (apart from the known shortcomings and low speed) here on MacOS 14.1 as well.
