Last New update installed but Video Ai still creating a copy when exporting

  1. Video Ai create a copy of the exported file.
    So creating 2 files at the same times, the GC is struggling (CG fan going way too high) cause working 2 times harder.

  2. Windows 11 - Threadripper 3060x - RTX 2080 Ti

  3. Log file that’s normally here ( %localappdata%\Topaz Labs) is not there

  4. Any screenshots as necessary

In the app are you able to access the zipped log folder to send over for review?

Help>Loggging>Get Logs for Support.
