Last Frame is Duplicated

Unfortunately this sounds like the same bug present in v5.3.1.

Version 5.3.1 has extra frame at the end after upscale

In version 5.3.1 there is an EXTRA frame at the end after an upscale (unlike a recent bug where one was missing). This is completely messing up my scripts which heavily rely on segmentation and concatenation in ProRes. For now, I’ll just have to compensate by removing the extra frame in each segment until this is fixed. This problem isn’t restricted to ProRes as I checked it also happens with h.265.
