I have tried running redefine a few times and it always results in bunch of pixelated noise. This model is apparently useless?
Are you on MacOS?
If yes, you should try the version 8.0.2 of Gigapixel (here)
I am on MacOS and running version 8.2.0 of Gigapixel.
Then you should definitely try the “old” 8.0.2 (DON’T CONFUSE WITH 8.2.0) that I linked above.
I am not confused. The old version did the same thing.
Well that’s strange.
For most Mac people these issues started only after this 8.0.2 version which seems the last really stable and also fast one (with the following 8.1.0, 8.1.1, 8.1.2 and now also 8.2.0 apparently all having some issues). I have to admit that I never tested the 8.0.3, though.
The new version 8.2.0 has NOT fixed the problem. Output is always just an image of static image like a TV that has no signal. You have to revert back to 8.0.2 to use Redefine. This is annoying since we have year paid update and can’t use a new supposedly faster rendering version on the Mac!!!
