Same Issue here.
I sent the log file to Topaz Support team email.

  1. Following latest update Topaz AI is crashing when creating a new project and adding a .mov file or even importing an old project.

We’re aware that the 6.2.1 update is causing the app to crash for some users, and our team is actively investigating the issue.

If you’re able to share your app logs, that would be a big help.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

In the meantime, I recommend rolling back to 6.2.0.
