regularly switches to trial mode. Will switch to trial mode after failed render as well.
Started when updated to this version.
Suspect it is crashing my renders as well.
Can you pull the logs and send to the support team for investigation? Want to have the team look into this to see what is going on. Has anything changed besides updating to the v6.0.1 release with your system? Any new VPN connections, browser extensions or anti-virus apps that could be blocking or clearing the authentication token after its created?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
I’m new to Video AI, using version 6.0.4. Experiencing the same issue, reverts to trial mode often. I checked my firewall and Video AI is allowed in and out bound. No issues reactivating.
