When is the webinar? EMAIL states 2:00 CST. Should it read 2:00 CDT?
I think you can safely assume it is 4pm CDT. Topaz in Texas is still on CDT for a few months more this year.
My email says 4pm CST?
I think it should be 4:00 PM CDT
