Can you try running the process again but this time not using the Stabilization model and then send the updated logs to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com so we can investigate further?

Have another user with a similar issue and trying to compare and sort through possible causes.

Thanks.

This is the log for trying without stabilisation. I have had to click the play button 3 times so far when the process stops and gives the ‘resume’ message. It is still rendering at the moment

I tried to just do an interlace and it worked fine.
I tried to do a progressive iris with stabilisation and I received the resume pause issue again.

I have attached the log. Also just for clarity, this is the MacBook pro.

Apologies on the delayed response Gary, the forum system never sent me a notification that you had replied back.

Looking at the logs, the app is processing correctly but then hits a pause for some reason. The processing speeds are higher than I would expect but thats not a direct indication of what is going on.

It is very odd that the interlaced version worked for you but the progressive option is what stalls.

If you swap the codec to H265 does it still run into the pause issue? I am wondering if this is a ProRes issue that the team needs to look deeper into.
