[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.] Even on small images, after the enhancement analysis, the process jams on upscaling. Green button is on, prompt says “upscaling” but appears never to complete. This even happens on very small (4mb) images. The menu at the top indicates “Review Updated” very quickly even when the image hasn’t changed and the enhancement menu is still reporting that upscaling is in progress. Nothing else lights up. When the “Save Image” button lights up to bright blue, it begins to save an image which may not have even completed enhancement-- there is just no way to tell.
I like Topaz Photo AI but it is quite clunky, poorly manipulable and has a lot of bugs. I will stay with you but it’s time consumptive. There is virtually no interface that really informs us what’s going on.
ALSO: PLEASE ADD PROGRESS INDICATORS FOR EACH PROCESS SO WE CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT % OF COMPLETION EACH INDIVIDUAL PROCESS IS IN.
