It won't Activate, Keeps opening browser successful

Browser keeps opening, and it is successful, but Software still says "not activated’ and offers me to do it again.
I had an older version… and it did that.
Then I updated to the latest version. Same thing.

Keeps saying I need to buy a new license, yet ‘Browser’ says successful.

Edit: I figured out I have two accounts. ‘One email I used for Photo-AI’… one I used for Video-AI’. This is probably the issue.

Were you able to log in finally with the correct email?

Yes… I didn’t know I did that until I checked. Really, I would rather get them on to the same account. But yes I got it.

If you send an email to the support team they can get those licenses swapped to one email for you. help@topazlabs.com
