The program isn’t working. I set the resolution and the model, in this case Iris, and when I go to preview, it reverts to Proteus, and still doesn’t change from the original. As it is it’s useless…
I’ve seen this happen randomly in 3.5.3 but it doesn’t happen often.
Are you saying this is constant?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
