Since one of the updates earlier this year I have run into a persistent issue causing every part of Topaz AI to run extremely slowly even when not processing an image. Processing, opening preferences, changing any settings, even closing an image are all excruciatingly slow. I tried everything I could think of and finally found success after deleting preference panes and doing a clean install with both my VPN and iCloud Private Relay turned off. However, the problem appears to return anytime I open Photo AI without turning off the VPN and iCloud Private Relay and I have to do another clean-sheet install to get things to work. Since I normally keep these running in the background this is incredibly frustrating as it means I’m constantly having to delete preference files, restart my computer, and reinstall Photo AI. I don’t seem to have the same issue with Video AI.
