I downloaded the latest version of Starlight Mini, however, when I try to use it I get a popup that says I cannot export and I need to download the latest version of Starlight Mini. Which I have already done.
I confirmed the Starlight Mini download was fully complete and successful.
I am using a Windows computer running Windows 11.
This is super frustrating. Any help will be welcome.
Can you email the support team directly at Help@topazlabs.com with the logs and a screenshot of what you are seeing in the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
