New user to Topaz here. Purchased a few days ago and everything has been great.
However, I woke up today to denoise a few short clips, but suddenly, after rendering the preview and/or exporting using the same settings as previous days, the clips remain unchanged. Both the preview and export processes complete without errors, but neither show any effect applied to the video.
I’ve tested this with both the Nyx and Artemis models, but the issue persists. Could you help troubleshoot this?

We are currently investigating this issue and have seen success in resolving this with the following steps:
- Delete Video AI plist files
- Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.
If that does not resolve the issue, please message me back with the updated logs for further investigation.
Thanks for the reply. I tried deleting the plist files, but it did not work.
I downloaded Topaz Video AI v.5.4.0 for now. I have been able to get a bit more luck with it by using different model variants of Nyx. Currently using Nyx V2 with manual parameters to get by.
