Issue while saving when Topz AI is called from a layer in Photoshop Elements 2023

Open an image in Photoshop Elements 2023
Activate the layers menu
Duplicate the layer
Call Topaz Photo AI on the duplicated layer
Once the processing of the image is done by Topaz Photo AI, save the image
The saving gets hung and control never returns back to Photoshop Elements

Did you turn upscale off as in the notice at the top of the page?

Looks like it works if upscaling is turned off. I had not noticed this option turned on.

This was fixed in v1.4.1 and versions released after. Please update to fix it.
