Iris V2 is pretty amazing! below is a comparison of before and after of a face that was already upscaled from SD to 1080 using Proteus. The image below is enlarged over 200% to zoom in on the face.

I believe you can run two models in one shot using command line with -filter_complex parameter like “…,tvai_up=model=prob-3…,tvai_up=model=iris-2…”
Have you tried changing the “DEHALO” parameter for single pass with prob?
My experience using Iris on a poor DVD for 2x upscale shows much better results when using v1 rather than v2.
